Returning An Order

  1. We can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched.
  2. All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. All items must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.
  3. To return an item to us, please send us a message on the Returns And Cancellation Request Form below. Please make sure you fill in all the details required on the form so that we can link your return with the original order.
  4. If you do not have your orginal invoice, please use the form below to tell us why the item is being returned.

We do not cover return postage unless the issue is our fault, this includes us sending the wrong design or size, or there is a manufacturing issue with the item itself. If you are returning an item for any other reason then you are liable for postage costs.

Please always keep proof of postage when returning items but please note that this does not show prooof of delivery. Postage can get lost, if we do not receive the item, we will not refund. Therefore we suggest using a low cost guaranteed postage service like “RM48 Tracked LBT”, make the return item as small as possible (just as you received it) and this way the return should be a Large Letter and cost less than a parcel.
